In first case we recommend using materials.json system instead of to be deprecated materials.cs.My material file is overwriting original materials, what should I do.You have to start jbeam file with “," at the end of it. Remember always about proper opening and closing classes. We recommend using Visual Studio Code with JSONC (JSON with Comments) language mode. Usually this happens when you forgot about proper jbeam syntax.Try to remember to consistently name all beam groups and deform groups to avoid issues with disappearing parts and so on. Always check models names in your 3D software, remember to do not name any parts, files and materials with name that starts with numbers, it can lead to many issues. Most common issues with jbeam are wrongly named flexbodies, wrongly named beam groups, and deform groups.I have an issue with jbeam and “X” happens. They should have the same names to work properly. Also we recommend checking material names in your 3D software and in materials files. For new textures we recommend using Texture Cooker (see Useful links) instead of only png textures. Always check if file extension is the same in files and materials.json. Makes sure to check path to your texture files, check for typos and so on. In most cases, it happen when path described in file is wrong. My mod have orange textures with “No Texture” text on them.

If you leave files in main zip folder or add another folder before “/vehicles”, your mod will not work properly.
